Accounting Technician

At Stahls' TPT, we are experts in transfer production and textile customization. As an Accounting Technician, you will report directly to the company's Finance Director. Key responsibilities include: \- Recording the company's financial and economic transactions: delivery notes, invoices, receipts, vouchers, bank statements \- Managing accounting ledgers \- Requesting and submitting budgets \- Managing the company's tax and fiscal obligations: Income Tax, VAT, Corporate Tax, etc. \- Issuing, reviewing, and reconciling invoices \- Processing and tracking collections and payments \- Preparing balance sheets and inventory reports \- Developing and maintaining financial databases \- Bank reconciliation \- Conducting audits and preparing reports on company assets \- Assessing the company's situation to anticipate problems, make forecasts, and define medium- and long-term business strategies What kind of candidate are we looking for? \- Minimum three years of prior experience in similar positions \- Proficiency in MS Excel \- Prior experience working with an ERP system (Accounting module) \- Prior experience in a tax advisory firm is desirable and must be demonstrable \- Advanced level of English (spoken and written); a test will be administered \- A personal vehicle is mandatory for accessing the facilities \- A committed individual with interest in professional development within the company Position type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €20,000.00\-€24,000.00 per year Application questions: * What is your highest level of completed education? * What is your spoken English proficiency level? * What is your salary expectation? * What experience do you have as an Accounting Technician?
