We are seeking a **Production Supervisor** to lead and coordinate the factory's daily operations, ensuring adherence to manufacturing deadlines, quality standards, and optimal resource utilization. The selected candidate will be responsible for production planning, coordination of work teams, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Responsibilities * Plan and organize daily production. * Coordinate various manufacturing departments (CNC machining, pre-assembly, assembly, shipping, and warehouse). * Supervise and allocate production staff workloads. * Ensure compliance with manufacturing and delivery deadlines. * Monitor quality throughout the entire production process. * Manage production incidents and propose corrective actions. * Coordinate with Purchasing, Technical Office, Sales, and Projects departments. * Supervise compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Monitor production performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Participate in the implementation and optimization of manufacturing procedures.
