Your goal will be to ensure that every interaction is a positive experience and contributes to strengthening relationships with our customers. Your main responsibilities will include: * Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. * Managing shipments, incidents, and information requests promptly and effectively. * Tracking each case to full resolution. * Collaborating with other departments to provide rapid responses and high-quality solutions. * Keeping internal systems updated with accurate information. * Actively participating in the continuous improvement of our customer service processes. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ We’d love to meet you if: * You have experience in customer service, contact centers, or similar roles. * You enjoy interacting with people and delivering excellent service. * You communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally. * You are organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * You are proficient with computer tools such as Microsoft Office. * You value teamwork and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude. * Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus. * Proficiency in English enabling effective performance in an international environment is a plus. **What do we offer?** ---------------------- At Henry Schein, we want you to enjoy your experience with us from day one.
