You will work on the design, development, and validation of models that uncover cause\-effect relationships, measure impact, optimize decisions, and generate actionable insights. Additionally, you will integrate into our team—and we take this very seriously. ### **Requirements** #### **What We’re Looking For** * Experience as a Data Scientist or in similar roles, with a strong foundation in **statistics**, **probability**, and **mathematical modeling**. * Practical experience applying **causal inference**, experimentation, counterfactual modeling, or impact measurement techniques. * Proficiency in **Python**, **SQL**, and common data science, machine learning, and statistical libraries. * Ability to translate complex business problems into rigorous, interpretable, and actionable analytical models. * Strong communication skills to clearly convey complex results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. #### **Bonus Points** * Experience applying advanced models in real-world business contexts—especially in impact measurement, optimization, pricing, risk, fraud, operations, or digital products. * Academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Econometrics, or other quantitative disciplines. * Knowledge of Bayesian models, simulation, optimization, advanced econometrics, or explainable machine learning techniques. * Curiosity to understand the “why” behind the data, challenge hypotheses, and build models that support better decision-making. #### **Why Join Kelea?** You will work on projects where **how we work matters as much as the outcome**.
