Type: On-site Working Hours (shifts to be assigned): * Monday to Thursday, 10 am to 2 pm (4 hours \- 4 days) * Thursday to Sunday, 10 am to 2 pm (4 hours \- 4 days) Responsibilities: * Customer interaction. Explaining the booking process and assisting with questions or issues. * Operational supervision of sales points. * Market and user profile analysis. * Commercial expansion activities. * Coordination and communication with central teams. * Proposal of improvements. The internship is designed as a training phase intended to prepare the student to assume, upon completion of the experience and based on demonstrated competencies, the role of City Manager for Barcelona, responsible for leading and consolidating the company's presence in the local market.
