Job Summary: Glück-Elektronik Group is seeking a developer to design and develop custom electronic components—including circuits, firmware, and FPGAs—primarily for the automotive, e-mobility, and medical sectors. Flexible environment with innovative and diverse hardware/software projects The Glück\-Elektronik Group, together with Glück\-Industrie\-Elektronik GmbH (GIE) and Glück\-Engineering GmbH (GEG), forms an independent conglomerate dedicated to the development and production of customer-specific electronic components and devices. The engineering division operates a development center in Sant Adrià del Besòs, Barcelona, with plans to continue expanding in the coming years. Sectors requiring high reliability standards—such as automotive and medical—are our primary fields of operation, enabling us to provide advanced technical expertise and competitive differentiation. Our core business is the customized development and production of electronic components according to customer specifications, fully complying with regulatory parameters and quality standards. We collaborate closely with R&D departments of OEMs as well as with medium-sized enterprises across a wide range of industries. Thus, we cover all development phases—from prototyping through to mass production. In accordance with customer requirements, we utilize microcontrollers and FPGAs from virtually all major market manufacturers. Availability for travel to our Stuttgart development center (up to 3\-5 days per month) is required. The main activity involves developing custom components for various applications across multiple sectors—primarily automotive, e\-mobility, medical, industrial, and measurement equipment. Specific responsibilities include: * Circuit design based on customer specifications; schematic capture and CAD layout * PCB layout design using Altium Designer, IPC standards, and EMC guidelines * CAD\-3D component modeling * Firmware development in C * FPGA\-Design (VHDL, Verilog, SystemC) * Structured and methodical development process (V-Model, Agile Method) * Requirement\-Engineering and test specification development * Commissioning, testing, verification, integration, and documentation of components **Your Profile:** Proven experience matching the above requirements is essential.
