We are looking for an N1/N2 Support Technician for one of our projects in Seville — someone dynamic, proactive, driven to excel, and enthusiastic about teamwork. 2–5 years of experience required. Responsibilities include: * Remote hardware support (PCs, laptops, tablets, display screens, etc.). * Support for Windows, Android, Linux, and Mac operating system environments. * Functional and technical Level 1 and Level 2 support for all applications, devices, and ICT infrastructure. * Comprehensive Level 1 and Level 2 ICT-related support. * Ticket registration, classification, and prioritization in Ticketing Management Systems. * Remote resolution of incidents, requests, and inquiries. * Monitoring tickets assigned to the team of collaborators to ensure resolution within the timeframes specified in Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Escalation and follow-up with third parties. * Identification and analysis of patterns. * Populating the knowledge base with relevant content. * Tracking and closing tickets. * Generating service activity reports.
