This initiative leverages Pega Platform as its core technology to: * **Orchestrate and automate end\-to\-end workflows**, reducing manual steps and bottlenecks. * Implement **case management (Case Management/BPM)** for complex healthcare processes, ensuring traceability and lifecycle control. * Accelerate process delivery and evolution using a **low\-code approach**. * Incorporate **AI\-driven decision making** and business logic into workflows where applicable (intelligent automation). **Location:** Spain (remote work) **Work Model:** 100% remote with **occasional onsite visits** to the client **Commitment:** 100% dedicated to the project **Duration:** Stable, long\-term project (\+4 years) **Salary:** From €60,000 gross/year (depending on experience) **Language:** English NOT required **What You Will Do:** * End\-to\-end project management: scope, planning, risk, reporting, and steering committees * Coordinate a multidisciplinary remote team (functional and technical Pega resources) * Develop and maintain the Master Plan and Quality Assurance Plan * Lead requirements elicitation and management, prioritization, and traceability * Ensure redesign and optimization of healthcare processes on Pega Platform * Monitor change impact and manage deviations from the plan * Prepare operational and financial progress reports for the Regional Ministry of Health * Coordinate implementation of the Pega Center of Excellence * Manage project deliverables: minutes, plans, periodic reports **What We Offer** * Innovative project for real transformation in public healthcare * Stability and project horizon exceeding 4 years * Remote work as standard, with planned visits to Valencia * Integration into a strong team with specialized technical and functional profiles * English NOT required **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 5 years as Technical Project Manager or equivalent role * Solid experience managing projects using Agile methodology * Knowledge of Pegasystems / Pega Platform (BPM, Case Management, Low\-Code) * Experience managing remote teams (\+6 people) * Ability to manage requirements, risks, and stakeholders in Public Administration * Agile methodology * Process Redesign / Optimization project **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in transformation projects within the public healthcare sector * Familiarity with ENS and GDPR regulatory frameworks in Generalitat environments * Pega certifications: LSA (Lead System Architect)
