




Job Summary: We are seeking an Avionics Radio Systems Engineer to support, integrate, and validate radio systems in test environments within avionics programs. Key Highlights: 1. Definition and Execution of Verification and Validation (V&V) Procedures **About the Role** ------------------ We are looking for an **Avionics Radio Systems Engineer**, who will be responsible for supporting, integrating, and validating radio systems in test environments within avionics programs, **on-site in Getafe.** **Job Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Avionics Systems Requirements Analysis and Management. * Preparation of technical and certification documentation. * Definition and execution of Verification and Validation (V&V) procedures. * System configuration management. * Analysis of electrical schematics and circuits. * Integration of communication systems (radios). * Execution of functional tests on test benches. * Use of electronic instrumentation for testing. * Support and maintenance tasks: On-site maintenance, completion of logcards, and implementation of service bulletins. * Participation in the integration of radios and solutions such as Lifeseeker. * Definition of functional requirements and logical and electrical installation of systems. **Required Profile** -------------------- **Academic Qualifications** * Engineering degree (Aeronautical, Telecommunications, Industrial or related field). * Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) certification is desirable, with authority to certify. **Experience** * Experience in avionics systems or integration of aerospace systems. * Experience in system testing (testing, integration, validation). * Military avionics experience is desirable. * Experience supporting test benches or laboratory environments. **Technological Tools / Knowledge** * Communication protocols. * Electronic measurement instrumentation. * Requirements and configuration management tools (DOORS, Windchill are desirable). * System integration and testing (functional and integration). * Knowledge of electrical schematic analysis. **English Language Proficiency** * High B2 – C1 level (technical environment). **What You’ll Enjoy Working Here?** ------------------------------------- * Privately funded health insurance (50% subsidized). * Meal vouchers or €100.25 monthly allowance paid via payroll. * 24 vacation days, 2 personal days + holidays on December 24 and December 31 + option to purchase up to 7 additional vacation days per year. * Life and accident insurance. * Daycare assistance: €600 for children aged 0–3 years. * Flexible working hours (project-dependent). * Intensive work schedule during summer months (July and August) and every Friday throughout the year. * FlexAbroad: possibility to work remotely from another country for up to 45 days (project-dependent). **Why Capgemini Engineering?** ----------------------------------- Capgemini is a global leader in digital transformation and business management, driving an inclusive and sustainable future through technology.
