Supplier management and preparation of technical documentation **About the Role** ------------------ We are seeking a **Radio Communications Systems Engineer** responsible for defining, designing, and integrating communication systems (voice and data) in the military aircraft environment, ensuring performance through testing, validation, and coordination with suppliers within the context of aircraft architecture and complex systems. **On-site position in Getafe** **Job Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Definition and specification of communication requirements (voice \+ data). * Design of radio communication system architecture (HF, V/UHF). * Design of interfaces and integration of radiofrequency systems (antennas, amplifiers, filters, TX/RX). * Participation in system integration and global architecture activities. * Planning and execution of tests: laboratory, ground, and flight. * Definition of verification and validation (V\&V) plans. * Supplier management (selection, RFPs, technical follow-up). * Participation in ATM networks, information systems, and system architecture. * Preparation of technical documentation. **Required Profile** -------------------- **Academic Qualification:** Graduate in Telecommunications Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering. **Professional Experience in:** * Radio communication systems in aerospace or defense environments. * System architecture and systems engineering. * System integration and testing (laboratory, ground, flight). * Signal processing, data transmission, and satellite communications (Satcom). * Knowledge of networks, interfaces, and RF systems. * Supplier management and participation in technical acquisition processes. **Tools / Technologies** * HF / VHF / UHF radio systems. * RF technologies: antennas, amplifiers, filters. * Modulation and signal processing. * Digital and satellite communication systems. * Requirements specification and documentation tools. * Transmission concepts (SNR, losses, interference). **English Language Level** * Required level: Advanced C1 **What You’ll Enjoy Working Here** ------------------------------------- * Privately funded health insurance (50% subsidized). * Meal vouchers or €100.25 monthly allowance paid through payroll. * 24 vacation days, 2 personal days \+ holidays on December 24 and December 31 \+ option to purchase up to 7 additional vacation days per year. * Life and accident insurance. * Childcare allowance of €600 for children aged 0–3 years. * Flexible working hours (project-dependent). * Intensive work schedule during summer months (July and August) and every Friday throughout the year. * FlexAbroad: possibility to work remotely from another country for up to 45 days (project-dependent). **Why Capgemini Engineering?** ----------------------------------- Capgemini is a global leader in digital transformation and business management, driving an inclusive and sustainable future through technology.
