Job Summary: We are seeking language teachers to deliver dynamic and high-quality classes to students of all ages, actively collaborating with the teaching team. Key Highlights: 1. Flexible working hours **Top Notch Language Academy**, an official preparation and examination center in Santa Pola (Alicante), is looking to incorporate **English and other language teachers (French, Valencian, etc.)** to deliver dynamic and high-quality classes to students of all ages: from early childhood through to adults. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Teaching small group and individual classes. * **Teaching across various levels and age groups** (early childhood, primary, secondary, and adults). * **Lesson planning and preparation** tailored to students’ levels and needs. * **Development of original teaching materials and support in creating educational content** (textbooks, specialized courses, etc.). * Use of **ICT tools and online platforms** (Zoom, Google Classroom, or others). * Active collaboration with the teaching team on academy projects and activities. ***Requirements:*** * **Native speaker or holding accredited qualification/certification** in the language to be taught (minimum advanced level C1). * **Minimum 1 year’s experience** in language teaching. * **Pedagogical aptitude, creativity, and motivation** for teaching. * Knowledge and skills in using **digital tools for education**. * Ability to deliver **both face-to-face and online classes**. * **Commitment, teamwork ability, and strong performance under pressure.** * No fear of challenges and eagerness to grow professionally within a competitive environment. ***Preferred Qualifications:*** * University degree in education, linguistics, or related fields. * Experience preparing students for official examinations (Cambridge, Oxford, LanguageCert, etc.). * Proficiency in more than one language (Valencian, French, Italian, etc.). ***Conditions:*** * Immediate incorporation. * Part-time contract with potential for continuity. * Working schedule: half-time. * Permanent contract (following initial period). * Salary according to collective agreement. * On-site work in Santa Pola (Alicante). ***Benefits:*** * Flexible working hours. * Joining a professional, dynamic, and motivated team. * Collaborative work environment with opportunities for learning and development. **Location:** Santa Pola (Alicante).
