Can Torras Intermediate Care Health Center in Alella seeks 1 nurse to ensure comprehensive, safe, and person-centered healthcare, in collaboration with the medical and multidisciplinary team and with professional experience. A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing and registration with the College of Nurses are mandatory. An indefinite-term full-time contract is offered, with morning shifts from 7:00 to 15:00 h, and a gross monthly salary of 2766.51 euros. Assess and monitor the health status of service users. Administer treatments and medications, and perform nursing-specific techniques. Prepare, supervise, and control medical supplies and equipment. Collaborate with the medical team in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Draft and update clinical records and progress reports. Provide health education and emotional support to patients and their families. Participate in risk prevention and health promotion. Apply center protocols and procedures at all times. * 12 months of experience. NURSE * Bachelor's degree in Nursing * Diploma or Technical Engineering degree in Nursing * Competencies / Knowledge: Registration with the College of Nurses of Barcelona. Preferred: Experience in intermediate care. On-site work modality. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Proficiency in Catalan communication skills will be positively considered.
