Groups consist of minors in vulnerable situations. **We offer a 34-hour-per-week contract including training sessions** **held Tuesday to Friday afternoons between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM (Las Cruces Sports Complex), and matches on Saturdays. Teams include Under-14, Under-16, and Under-18, both female and male.** Requirements: education in the educational and/or social field (Pedagogy, Teaching, Psychology, Social Education or equivalent); a basketball coaching qualification is desirable but not mandatory; extensive experience working with adolescents and coaching basketball teams is highly valued; computer skills (Office software proficiency is essential). **Immediate start.** **Temporary contract covering medical leave.** Balia advocates for equal opportunities between women and men, as well as for diversity as a source of coherence, creativity, and innovation.
