We seek a technically skilled professional passionate about the industry, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in NETWORKS and SYSTEMS. **What Will Your Responsibilities Be?** * Project coordination, planning, and client communication. * Design, implementation, and documentation of network, systems, and cybersecurity projects. * Technical support for managed service clients. * Analysis, resolution, and/or escalation of cybersecurity incidents. Active participation in the team’s continuous improvement. * REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing network and systems projects and/or Level 2/Level 3 support tasks. * Knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure, AWS), virtualization (VCenter, Horizon, FSLogix, VMware DEM), systems (MS Windows, GPOs, AD, EntraID, OneDrive), and networks. * Cybersecurity knowledge (Firewall, MFA, XDR). * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to learn, motivation, and eagerness to keep growing professionally. * Customer orientation, approachability, and transparency. ***Preferred Qualifications:*** * University degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Computer Systems and Networks Administration or Cybersecurity; training related to telecommunications or computer science. * **CCNA** certification. * **Languages:** English / Spanish / Catalan.
