We are looking for a versatile Data Center / IT Technician with experience in configuring, maintaining, and supporting network and system infrastructures. The selected candidate will work on implementing and maintaining critical equipment such as OLTs, switches, optical connections (ODF), and IT system services. If you seek continuous learning, are curious, and eager to grow professionally within one of the most solid local telecommunications groups, join our team and become part of our success! **Main Responsibilities:** * Configuration, installation, and maintenance of OLTs, switches, and optical network connections (ODF–Switch–OLT) (Data Centers and Offices) * Monitoring and management of ONTs for customers * Technical support and configuration of office productivity systems (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.) and basic IT tools * Administration of virtual PBX systems (VoIP) and virtual machines (VMware, Proxmox, or others) * Resolution of technical incidents, both remotely and on-site * Technical documentation and updating of network diagrams **Requirements:** * 1 year of experience in similar positions * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science * Valid driver’s license * Preferably residing in Málaga **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term, full-time contract * Hybrid position (Tuesdays remote work) * Corporate benefit: Flexible compensation * Continuous training * Opportunity to join a company in full growth
