Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are searching for our client an **IT Support Technician** (Junior) based in **Alguazas**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Provide technical support (microcomputing and software) to various departments within the company. * Address and resolve incidents reported by internal users and stores. * Assist in managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure. * Configure and maintain equipment, systems, and applications. * Collaborate with the IT department on the continuous improvement of systems and processes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Information Technology and Communications. * Knowledge of microcomputing and IT infrastructure management. * Problem-solving ability and adaptability to diverse work environments. * Prior experience (internships or up to 1 year) in a similar role is desirable. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS:** * Knowledge of .NET development (C\#) and SQL for integrations. * Basic web development knowledge. * Administration of Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Office 365\). * Knowledge of virtualization and backup solutions. * Networks and security: LAN, WAN, routers, VPN, antivirus, firewall. * Databases (MS SQL Server). * IP telephony and CCTV systems. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule from 8:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 18:30 **(one afternoon off per week)**. * Salary: 20K. * Professional development opportunities in a technology-driven environment. * Job stability and continuous learning.
