Ensuring regulatory compliance and cybersecurity awareness At **Grupo Fuertes**, we aim to hire a **Systems Technician specialized in Cybersecurity** to strengthen our **Information Systems team**, actively participating in the protection and continuous improvement of our corporate IT infrastructures. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- Ensure the protection, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the organization’s critical IT infrastructure security through proactive threat detection, risk management, and effective response to cybersecurity incidents, while guaranteeing regulatory compliance and the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of information in corporate environments. **Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * **Management of critical infrastructures**, ensuring their availability, integrity, and operational continuity. * **Security incident response**, including implementation of hardening measures to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities. * **Continuous system monitoring** and **active collaboration with the SOC** for detection, analysis, and management of cybersecurity events. * **Ensuring regulatory compliance** regarding information security, as well as **promoting cybersecurity awareness** among users. * **Proactive detection of internal threats**, through behavioral analysis and early identification of potential risks. **Academic Qualifications** ----------------------- * University degree in **Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields**. * Cybersecurity certifications such as CISM, CEH, CRISC, CISSP, CCSP (Desirable) **Required Technical Knowledge** ------------------------------------- * Network management. * Administration of operating systems: **Windows and Linux**. * Server virtualization. * Desktop virtualization. * System monitoring. * **Cybersecurity**, including: + Cybersecurity regulations. + **Purple Team** methodologies and knowledge of **TTPs according to MITRE ATT\&CK**. + Use and management of **SIEM** platforms (from various vendors). + Digital forensic analysis. + **Threat Intelligence (CTI)**. + **Hardening** and security architecture design. **Languages** ----------- English – B2 (C1/C2\ level preferred). **Preferred Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001\.
