We are looking for **two specialists in OpenShift and Kubernetes technologies** to join a large-scale project in an enterprise environment. We seek professionals with solid experience both in **migrating monolithic applications to microservices** and in **defining and designing architectures on OpenShift**. **Responsibilities** ---------- **1\. Profile: Microservices Migration Specialist (OpenShift)** * Analyze existing monolithic applications and define the migration plan. * Design and implement microservices-based architectures. * Containerize applications and optimize them for execution on OpenShift. * Deploy, configure, and maintain services on OpenShift. * Manage storage, volumes, configurations, and secrets. * Integrate with CI/CD pipelines (Tekton, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.). * Optimize performance, scalability, and observability. **2\. Profile: OpenShift Architect (with Kubernetes)** * Design the overall OpenShift environment architecture. * Define namespace structures, operators, policies, and governance models. * Establish standards, best practices, and usage patterns for the organization. * Define mechanisms for high availability, scalability, and observability. * Integrate with corporate systems: security, IAM, networking, storage. * Serve as a technical reference for engineering and development teams. * Provide comprehensive technical documentation of the design and its components. **Requirements** -------------- **1\. Profile: Microservices Migration Specialist (OpenShift)** * Proven experience with **OpenShift**. * Solid knowledge of **Kubernetes**. * Practical experience in **monolith-to-microservices migrations**. * Proficiency in containerization techniques (Docker, Buildah, S2I). * Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred). * Analytical ability and experience working in multidisciplinary teams. **2\.
