Lead and manage the photo and video capture and distribution service at one of our centers (a water park) **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Team management experience (recruitment \- training \- supervision) * Prior experience as a store manager or in similar roles * Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills * Fluent English (will be tested during the selection process) * Resilience and stress management * Data-driven mindset (KPI analysis) * Customer service excellence orientation **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Recruit and manage your own team of photographers and sales assistants * Direct interaction with park management * Coordinate team activities, training sessions, schedules, etc. * Establish performance and improvement KPIs for your team * Resolve customer issues and technical problems related to our equipment * P\&L management and cost control * Supervise and optimize operational efficiency of the activity * Stakeholder Management: Manage institutional relationships with park management (our primary client) * Cash reconciliation and cash control * Talent Development * Collaborate on Visual Merchandising initiatives and improvements **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Opportunity to work in the leisure sector, within a dynamic and youthful environment * Internal development opportunities * Results-oriented "flexible" working hours * Competitive remuneration (base \+ variable) Employment type: Fixed-term intermittent contract Contract duration: Approximately 6 months Benefits: Flexible working hours Working schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability Additional compensation: Performance-based bonus
