Team leadership and operational management in a fun environment. **Full Job Description** Lead and manage the photo and video capture and distribution service at one of our facilities (a water park). **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in team management (Recruitment \- Training \- Supervision) * Prior experience as a store manager or in similar roles * Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills * Fluent English (will be tested during the selection process) * Resilience and stress management * Data-driven mindset (KPI analysis) * Customer service excellence orientation What will be your main responsibilities? * Recruit and manage your own team consisting of photographers and sales assistants * Direct interaction with park management * Coordinate team activities, training sessions, schedules, etc. * Establish performance and improvement KPIs for your team * Resolve customer issues and technical problems related to our equipment * P\&L management and cost control * Supervise and optimize the operational workflow * Stakeholder Management: Manage institutional relationships with park management (our primary client) * Cash reconciliation and cash control * Talent Development * Collaborate on Visual Merchandising initiatives and improvements.
