Internal development opportunities Lead and administer the photo and video capture and distribution service at one of our facilities (a water park) **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Team management experience (recruitment \- training \- supervision) * Prior experience as a store manager or in similar roles * Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills * Fluent English (will be tested during the selection process) * Resilience and stress management * Data-driven mindset (KPI analysis) * Customer service excellence orientation **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Recruit and manage your own team of photographers and sales assistants * Direct liaison with park management * Coordinate team activities, training, schedules, etc. * Establish performance and improvement KPIs for your team * Resolve customer issues and technical problems with our equipment * P\&L management and cost control * Supervise and optimize operational performance of the activity * Stakeholder Management: Institutional relationship management with park management (our primary client) * Cash reconciliation and cash control * Talent Development * Collaborate on Visual Merchandising initiatives and improvements. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Opportunity to work in the leisure sector, in a dynamic and youthful environment * Internal development opportunities * "Flexible" working hours focused on results * Competitive remuneration (base \+ variable) Employment type: Fixed-term intermittent contract Contract duration: Approximately 6 months Benefits: Flexible working hours Working schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability Additional compensation: Performance-based bonus
