For this reason, we are seeking a Second Housekeeper who brings passion, dedication, and an exquisite eye for detail to every aspect of our housekeeping, guest rooms, and common areas. We seek someone who, with a proactive and committed approach, ensures the highest quality service and significantly contributes to the satisfaction of our guests. **What Will You Do?** * You will be responsible for supervising and ensuring cleanliness and order in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, maintaining our rigorous quality standards. * You will coordinate and lead the housekeeping staff team, ensuring daily operational efficiency and quality. * You will effectively communicate any anomalies, damages, or incidents detected, ensuring prompt resolution. * You will actively participate in operational meetings, collaborating with other departments to continuously improve the guest experience. * You will manage inventory and stock control of cleaning supplies and amenities, ensuring availability and efficient usage. * You will ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as Assistant Housekeeper or in similar positions, preferably in hotels of comparable or higher category. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Immediate availability and flexible working hours. * Relevant education/training for the position and proficiency with computer tools. * Intermediate level of English; additional languages are valued. * Availability to cover a temporary replacement contract due to leave of absence.
