This position is located within the **Construction** division, which promotes and builds residential real estate projects. It also has extensive experience in constructing unique buildings such as healthcare, educational and sports facilities, hotels, and parking structures.
**What will you do on a day-to-day basis?**
* Study and analyze project modifications, seeking to maximize project profitability through improvements and resource optimization—either by proposing more advantageous technical solutions or by reducing final costs—always meeting client expectations.
* Plan, organize, and lead work teams, as well as manage the procurement of equipment and resources (with short- and medium-term vision), to ensure project execution within the agreed timeframe and quality standards, achieving maximum profitability.
* Perform commercial functions, focusing on the client and their needs, and negotiate technical and administrative aspects of the project with the Technical Management and/or Client.
* Organize documentation management for the project across all dimensions: technical, administrative, quality, and occupational risk prevention, complying with the company’s internal procedures.
* Ensure compliance with existing regulations regarding Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, and Environmental Protection.
* Provide support to the manager in any required areas.
**What would we like you to bring?**
* University degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering in Public Works, Technical Architecture, or Building Surveying.
* Minimum 3\-4 years’ experience as Site Manager in construction, ideally managing large-scale projects.
* Knowledge and experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Presto, GIS…).
* Strong organizational, planning, and management skills; leadership and people management capabilities.
