**Role Description:**

**About the role**
The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of construction production for FERROVIAL CONSTRUCCIÓN, S.A., ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
* Plan, organize, and direct daily construction site operations and activities.
* Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
* Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
* Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
* Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Prepare and present regular progress reports to project management.
* Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and other departments to achieve project goals.
* Troubleshoot and resolve on\-site problems and technical challenges.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or site management role within the construction industry, preferably with large\-scale infrastructure projects.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and materials.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
* Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
* Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.
