The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and controlling assigned construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and cost budgets. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate building construction execution together with the Site Manager. * Monitor compliance with project deadlines, quality, and on-site safety. * Manage work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Support resource planning and optimization. * Control costs and certifications. * Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding construction and safety.
