We are currently looking for a **PROJECT MANAGER ENGINEER** in the **ICONIC BUILDINGS** Department, based **on-site** at our **offices** in Culleredo – A **Coruña.** **Responsibilities** ---------- * Plan and **manage the full project lifecycle** for Iconic Buildings (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure). * Coordinate internal teams and suppliers. * Define scope, milestones, schedule, resources, and budget; monitor deviations and implement corrective action plans. * Track operational KPIs (timelines, costs, productivity, incidents, rework, margin, customer satisfaction). * Manage client communication: expectations, reporting, action agreements, and incident escalation. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal procedures, and safety regulations. * Propose and implement process improvements. * Prepare project documentation: minutes, reports, schedules, and closure documents. **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Technical or Senior Industrial Engineering. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. * Prior experience in a similar role. * Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills in dynamic environments. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and external clients). * Advanced English proficiency. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver’s license **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working on construction sites. * Familiarity with ERP Business Central. **Benefits** -------------- We offer professional growth, job stability, and the opportunity to learn every day. * **Coruña Iron and Steel Industry Collective Agreement.** * Working hours: **Monday to Thursday 8:00\-17:00**, with a 30-minute lunch break, and **Friday 8:00\-14:30**. **Eve of public holidays: 8:00\-15:00\.** * Summer schedule in **July and August: 8:00\-15:00.** * Launch your career in a company with an outstanding work environment. * Parking.
