Join our team as: PRL Technician\- Concrete The role’s mission is to advise and support workplaces under your responsibility in improving workers’ occupational safety and health conditions, act as a catalyst and driver for occupational risk prevention, and perform the preventive functions assigned to you in accordance with the plans and schedules of the joint prevention service. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinate the implementation at workplaces of requirements derived from the Occupational Risk Prevention Law and from Group policies and objectives. * Conduct or review risk assessments; propose measures to control identified risks. * Advise workplaces, supervisors and workers, and the procurement department on OH\&S matters related to the acquisition of new equipment, vehicles, etc. * Advise on proper management of intercompany activity coordination through the line of command. * Participate in and advise on OH\&S aspects of new production/maintenance projects, etc. * Support and advise the line of command to integrate occupational safety into their functions. * Lead workplace safety and health committees, preventive activity planning, and Healthy Company awareness campaigns. * Audit the safety management system, training delivered to workers, and intercompany activity coordination managed by the line of command. * Manage and coordinate occupational safety and health matters; coordinate actions to be carried out, identify annual OH\&S training needs for the workplace, set annual OH\&S objectives for the workplace, manage the OH\&S document archive for assigned workplaces, and provide OH\&S information and supporting documentation to both the site director and the line of command. * Analyze accidents and hazardous situations, advising on the development of action plans to prevent similar occurrences in the future. * Plan and deliver training on risks and preventive measures. * Monitor compliance with the risk reduction control program. * Conduct hygiene measurements (non-environmental contaminants). * Direct emergency response or first-aid interventions. * Establish intercompany activity coordination. * Coordinate activities with Health Surveillance. * Perform monthly statistical analysis of accident frequency. * Prepare annual reports. * Organize Safety and Health Week at factories. * Implement and monitor corporate-level standards and procedures. * Establish collaborative relationships with external bodies such as the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, fire departments, police, etc. * Receive official prevention technicians from regional authorities during workplace visits and facilitate access, required documentation, etc. **The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree and is eager to develop their professional career in an industrial sector aligned with the company’s priorities: Zero Tolerance for Safety, Innovation, Sustainability\-Circularity, Diversity, Collaboration, Green Growth, and Performance.
