We are currently seeking to hire an **Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician** to join our staff and carry out activities at one of our industrial clients’ facilities located in **Logroño**. **What will be your mission?** You will join the maintenance team responsible for ensuring the proper operation of production facilities and equipment, performing preventive, corrective, and continuous improvement maintenance tasks. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and facilities. * Diagnose and resolve electrical and electromechanical failures. * Work on electrical panels, motors, sensors, frequency inverters, and automation systems. * Carry out repairs and adjustments to guarantee equipment availability. * Participate in continuous improvement of processes and facilities. * Record performed interventions in maintenance management systems. * Comply with established safety, quality, and environmental procedures. **What are we looking for?** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Industrial Automation and Robotics, Electrotechnical and Automated Systems, Industrial Mechatronics, or similar. * Prior experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of industrial electricity and automation. * Ability to interpret electrical schematics. * Experience in diagnosis and resolution of failures. * Experience with PLCs, frequency inverters, and industrial control systems is desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). * Responsible, solution-oriented individual with strong teamwork skills. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Integration into a stable, long-term industrial project. * Work in an industrial facility with highly automated processes. * Full-time employment under a rotating shift schedule. * Continuous training and professional development. * Positive working environment. * Annual gross salary between 28\.000 € and 32\.000 € \+ shift allowances. **Why GURPEA?** At GURPEA, we believe industrial maintenance is much more than repairing failures: it is about ensuring continuity of production processes and delivering value to our customers.
