Direct collaboration with the Finance Directorate on strategic planning. #### **Your Responsibilities** An industrial company with a strong track record in the metal transformation sector—specialized in the design and manufacturing of custom mechanical components and solutions for various industries—is selecting a **Financial Controller** to join its team in Griñón (Madrid). The selected candidate will be responsible for the following functions: * Supervising the preparation of the annual budget and monitoring its execution through variance analysis and proposing corrective actions. * Controlling and analyzing costs, revenues, and investments across different organizational areas, with the objective of improving profitability. * Developing, implementing, and optimizing financial reporting systems tailored to management’s needs and focused on decision-making. * Analyzing profitability by product, customer, and business unit, identifying opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency. * Ensuring compliance with current accounting and tax regulations, as well as the company’s internal policies. * Coordinating the implementation of ERP systems and financial tools, ensuring traceability of financial information. * Collaborating directly with the Finance Directorate on strategic planning, feasibility studies, financing structures, and investment projects. * Leading continuous improvement projects in financial and administrative processes, aimed at efficiency, control, and transparency of information. * Reviewing and validating the correct allocation of costs, ensuring their proper assignment and accounting traceability. #### **Your Profile** **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. * **Additional Training:** Proficiency in financial analysis tools and ERP systems. * **Languages:** Advanced level of English. * **IT Skills:** Advanced proficiency in office software and ERP systems. * **Experience Level:** 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in holding companies or multinational environments. * **Knowledge:** Extensive experience as a controller and in analytical financial management. **OFFERED** * Permanent contract on a project with growth potential. * Full-time position. * A stable professional environment that values initiative, responsibility, and teamwork. #### **Who We Are** We are a company established in 2003, specializing in Consulting, Training, Employment, and Advanced Services for businesses.
