As part of these responsible duties, your tasks include setting up orders and new construction projects, generating analyses in our professional cost management software (COOR), monitoring cost budgets, preparing forecasts, and drafting annotated reports for individual construction projects. Furthermore, your responsibilities extend to revenue controlling as well as financial and cash flow planning. **Your profile** * Several years of experience in project controlling (ideally within the construction industry) * Advantageous: Knowledge of controlling construction projects/projects in Spain * Proficiency in modern project cost management software * Service orientation, performance-driven mindset, and willingness to learn * Strong teamwork skills and discretion * Resilience (deadline-oriented work) * Structured and meticulous working style * Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking and action * Excellent command of both Spanish and English Beyond your experience as a **Financial Controller**, you impress with a professional and self-confident presence and possess not only outstanding comprehension skills but also exceptional commitment to assigned tasks.
