Job Summary: Reporting to the Finance Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for accounting closings, results analysis, reporting, and budget preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review of accounting closings, analysis of results, and reporting. 2. Preparation of KPI reports and annual budgets. 3. Identification of weaknesses and design of improvement procedures. **Job Description** **Reporting to the Finance Department Manager, the candidate will perform the following duties:** * Review of monthly accounting closings, analysis of results, and reporting to headquarters. * Preparation of business performance analysis reports: KPIs. * Preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts. * Liaison with auditors. * Process review, identification of weaknesses, and implementation of improvement actions. * Identification of internal control weaknesses; design and implementation of mitigation procedures. **Requirements** **Desired Profile:** * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably Big4 audit experience. * Proficiency in Spanish GAAP and knowledge of IFRS. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; results-oriented. * Advanced English proficiency and strong computer skills (ERP, Business Intelligence, proprietary business software, etc.). * Proactive, solution-oriented individual with ambition to grow within a dynamic group offering significant development opportunities. **Additional Information** **We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Salary commensurate with candidate’s qualifications. * Professional development and growth opportunities within a dynamic group with expansion prospects.
