We are seeking a Computer Engineer, Telecommunications Engineer, or similar professional with professional experience in defining, adapting, and improving software development and software lifecycle processes using agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Candidates must demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining documentation for policies, standards, and procedures aligned with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 12207, CMMI, ITIL, or equivalent frameworks, as well as conducting internal audits to verify policy compliance. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. * Experience in managing development methodologies and technical documentation. * Knowledge of quality and security standards (ISO, CMMI, ITIL). * Proficiency in version control and deployment tools. * Ability to work effectively in both agile and traditional environments.
