We’re looking for you to join our team at Vidext! **What will be your missions?** * Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring an excellent experience and long-term relationships. * Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, driving upselling, cross\-selling, and usage expansion. * Lead strategic meetings with clients to understand their needs, goals, and potential blockers. * Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure platform success and adoption. * Analyze usage metrics, engagement, and renewal rates to identify risks and growth opportunities. * Ensure high NRR (Net Revenue Retention) and customer satisfaction levels. * Become a strategic partner for enterprise accounts in areas such as HR, Training, Internal Communication, and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL). * Identify new business opportunities arising from platform usage and client evolution. * Keep the CRM updated and continuously track the expansion pipeline.
