Position Summary: We are seeking an architect to develop plans, technical documentation, 3D modeling, renderings, and coordinate BIM and Revit projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of plans and technical documentation 2. Team coordination and site visits 3. Use of BIM methodology and Revit An architectural firm in Villarta (Cuenca) requires an architect. Responsibilities range from developing plans and technical documentation to supporting the drafting of basic and execution projects. This includes 3D modeling, rendering production, coordinating with the team across various project phases, and site visits to resolve issues during construction. Work is primarily conducted using BIM methodology and Revit. Requirements include a degree in Architecture or a related field. Prior experience is valued but not mandatory. Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, CYPE, Photoshop, or similar is required. Experience with or interest in AI tools applied to design is also valued. Employment conditions include an indefinite-term employment contract, preferably full-time (to be agreed), immediate start, and an annual gross salary of €24,000. A positive working environment.
