Job Summary: We are seeking an architect to develop drawings, technical documentation, 3D modeling, renderings, and project coordination at an architectural studio, using BIM methodology and Revit. Experience or interest in AI applied to design is valued An architectural studio in Villarta (Cuenca) requires an architect. Responsibilities range from drawing development and technical documentation to supporting the drafting of basic and execution projects. This includes 3D modeling, rendering production, coordination with the team across various project phases, and site visits to resolve issues during construction. Work is primarily conducted using BIM methodology and Revit. Requirements include a degree in Architecture or a related field. Prior experience is valued but not mandatory. Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, CYPE, Photoshop, or similar is required. Experience or interest in AI tools applied to design is also valued. Employment conditions include an indefinite-term employment contract, preferably full-time (to be agreed), immediate start, and an annual gross salary of 24\.000 euros.
