The position involves leading key operations, ensuring flawless service execution. You will be responsible for managing efficient teams and guaranteeing compliance with established performance indicators. Your responsibilities will include supervising goods receipt, strategic product placement, order picking, load management, and inventory control. You will also conduct daily monitoring of activity volumes and optimize cycle times across each logistics process, maintaining and reporting operational control tools to ensure smooth information flow. Your resource planning will be critical to adapting to forecasts and ensuring KPI compliance in productivity, turnover, absenteeism, and quality.
