DESCRIPTION **Civil Supervisor** ====================== Eosol Group is seeking a Civil Supervisor with at least 4 years of experience to join a large-scale renewable energy project in Castellón. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing various on-site tasks, ensuring quality and compliance with project standards. Estimated project duration: 6\-8 months. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Execution of Drainage and Hydrology Works:** Supervise and manage the proper implementation of drainage systems and hydraulic works, ensuring infrastructure efficiency and sustainability. * **Foundation Supervision:** Conduct thorough monitoring of foundation and minor foundation works, including reinforcement supervision, concrete pouring processes, and relevant testing to ensure structural integrity. * **Preparation of Reports and Documentation:** Prepare detailed technical reports and periodic progress reports on construction status, incidents, measurements, and any other documentation required by project management. * **Access Management and Digital Terrain Model (DTM) Management:** Coordinate and administer site access, optimizing logistics and material flow. Manage and maintain an up-to-date Digital Terrain Model, ensuring accuracy of topographic and geometric information. * **Construction Progress Monitoring and Control:** Continuously monitor on-site activity progress, identifying and resolving potential deviations or issues arising during execution. * **Interdisciplinary Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments and teams to ensure proper integration of civil works into the overall renewable energy project. **Position Requirements:** * **Education:** University degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works, or a related field. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable experience in civil supervision roles with responsibilities similar to those described. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid experience in managing the Digital Terrain Model (DTM) and in planning and controlling site access. * **Industry Experience:** Prior experience in projects within the renewable energy sector or in similar infrastructure works. * **Software Tools:** Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for plan visualization and handling, as well as competent use of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Desired Skills:** * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Excellent communication and writing skills. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines. * Adaptability to dynamic and demanding work environments.
