If you are a proactive individual with strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, this is your opportunity to grow professionally with us! **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Preparation of detailed technical tenders and budgets. * Comprehensive project management, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards. * Site visits for supervision, progress monitoring, and incident resolution. * Efficient coordination and management of available resources in collaboration with other departments (Procurement, HR, etc.). * Proactive identification and resolution of technical problems or difficulties arising during construction execution. * Strategic planning and task allocation according to the scheduled timeline. * Accurate interpretation of client technical documentation (drawings, schematics, specifications, etc.). * Management of purchase orders, ensuring availability of required materials and equipment. * Rigorous control and validation of supplier delivery notes and invoices. * Preparation of necessary technical documentation for execution, monitoring, and completion of the construction project. * Analysis and preparation of job costs and profits, integrating them into the work control system/OPC. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering (Electrical specialization), or equivalent. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 years’ demonstrable experience in similar positions, preferably in construction and installation management. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, sanitation, telecommunications, gas, HVAC, home automation, and other installation systems. * **Management Skills:** Proven ability in planning, organization, team leadership, and project management. * **Communication:** Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients, suppliers, and work teams. * **Problem Solving:** Solution-oriented mindset and effective decision-making capability. * **Software Proficiency:** Proficiency in office applications and project management software.
