We operate under a consultative, low-pressure sales model inside our El Corte Inglés shopping centers, enabling us to interact with customers who: * Already trust the brand. * Voluntarily visit our point of sale. * Are open to learning about solutions that complement their purchases. The company facilitates customer contact from day one. You will work with leads referred directly to you, in a comfortable and trusted environment. From there, your role will be to listen, advise, and propose — maximizing that initial connection to deliver insurance solutions tailored to their needs.**What do we offer you from day one?** * Continuous working hours on weekly rotating shifts (10:00–16:00 or 16:00–22:00), Monday to Saturday \+ Sundays and/or commercial opening holidays. Additionally, you will receive €45 extra for each holiday worked. * Prime location: El Corte Inglés Shopping Centers. **How do we reward your talent?** Annual gross salary of €17\.500 \+ €3\.000 \+ weekly and monthly commissions based on your sales.
