Active participation in internal team training Within the entity's economic\-financial area, we require an Accounting Manager. Job Description: Enter accounting data into the computer system by cost center and supervise and coordinate general and analytical accounting. Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and supervision of tax filing obligations: VAT, Personal Income Tax (IRPF), Corporate Tax (IS), Economic Activities Tax (IAE), coordinated with the group cooperative's tax advisory firm. Bank reconciliation. Accruals. Preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, monthly and annual closings. Manage and supervise treasury to maintain constant awareness of the company's funding needs and availability. Bank reconciliation. Cost-center-based accounting review. Fixed asset control and management. Audit control and management. Submission of accounting books, annual accounts, liaison with various public administrations: Social Security (SS), Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), official requests, etc. Negotiation with clients and suppliers. Active participation in internal team training. Coordination with the HR department and other areas of the cooperative group. Supervision of invoicing, collections, and payments. Management of grants from both the financial and justification perspectives. Preparation of budgets and their follow-up. * Minimum 3 years’ experience. Demonstrable experience of at least 3\-5 years in a similar position. Experience in third-sector organizations will be valued. * Diploma or Technical Engineering degree \- Business Administration and Management \- Business Sciences * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: o Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). o Taxation (VAT, Corporate Tax, withholding taxes, and other levies). o Budget preparation and monitoring. o Grant management and financial justification. o Advanced Excel tools. o Accounting software and ERP systems. Minimum Requirements: University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance and Accounting, or equivalent qualification. Demonstrable experience of at least 3\-5 years in a similar position. Experience in third-sector organizations will be valued. Skills and Abilities: Methodical individual. Analytical capacity.
