BUSINESS TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT

Description

We are a non-profit industrial sector association based in Barcelona, specializing in training and business support services. We are seeking a candidate with the competencies to lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our training initiatives and strategic projects. This role will be pivotal in developing creative solutions, managing teams and resources, and strengthening relationships with our members and clients. RESPONSIBILITIES · Design, coordinate, and evaluate training programs for our members. · Manage strategic projects in collaboration with the rest of the team and external partners. · Negotiate agreements and establish strategic alliances with companies, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders. · Supervise the development of training projects and evaluate their impact and profitability. · Analyze market trends and propose training solutions aligned with current and future sector demands. · Lead innovative proposals to optimize our training initiatives. · Carry out commercial tasks, including identifying opportunities and strengthening relationships with member companies. · Supervise budgets, timelines, and outcomes to ensure project success.
