Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor to organize, monitor, and control the activities of Mobile Unit Technical Staff, Zone Coordinators, and Installation Technicians within the Home Intervention Service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organization and management of work teams. 2. Monitoring and control of the activity of personnel under supervision. 3. Resolution of queries and support to the team. We currently require a **Supervisor** for the Home Intervention Service at our offices located in **Ciudad Real**, responsible for the **organization, monitoring, and control** of the **activities** carried out by **Mobile Unit Technical Staff / Zone Coordinators / Installation Technicians**, ensuring continuity and an appropriate response to incidents or emergencies requiring their intervention. **What will you do in this role and what will be your responsibilities?** * Prepare work schedules for personnel under supervision. * Organize and manage the team assigned to the shift. * Monitor and control the activity performed by the team under supervision. * Supervise the correct application of established procedures and operational criteria. * Monitor and control activity and service-level indicators during the shift. * Resolve operational queries and provide support to the team. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract. * Full-time position. * Working hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Join a young, dynamic team with an excellent working environment. **Key Skills and Experience:** * University degree is mandatory. * Experience in team management and coordination is highly valued. * Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage high-pressure situations, collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams with diverse perspectives and priorities. **A bit more about us** Tunstall is a market-leading provider of healthcare and assistive technology.
