Innovative and collaborative offices. **Requirements** **Education**Degree or Vocational Training in Computer Science / Telecommunications. **Knowledge** Mandatory: * ITSM process management tools, especially ServiceNow. * Solid understanding of ITIL processes. * Agile development and project management methodologies. Desirable: * Programming languages such as Java, Shell, C\+\+, Python, and Groovy. * Object-oriented design patterns (OOP). * Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB. * Experience using ServiceNow. * Proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.). * Knowledge of BMC Remedy. * Familiarity with Postman for API testing. * Use of GitLab for version control and CI/CD. **Experience**Minimum 2 years working in the ITSM field. Apply and supervise core ITSM processes, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Request Management, and CMDB.
