Professional development and career continuity **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team on building construction projects. This position combines on-site production responsibilities with technical office tasks, actively participating in technical definition, quantity surveying, and economic optimization of the project. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Planning and monitoring of on-site production * Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors * Quantity surveying for design and construction phases * Preparation and review of drawings (construction details, modifications, as\-built) * Requesting, comparing, and negotiating quotations with suppliers and subcontractors * Support in budget preparation and cost control * Supervision of schedule adherence, quality, and safety compliance * Direct reporting to the Site Manager **REQUIREMENTS** * Proficiency in AutoCAD and measurement/budgeting tools (Presto, Excel, etc.) * Ability to interpret and develop technical drawings * Organized, solution-oriented profile with an economic understanding of construction projects * Prior experience in residential construction projects is desirable **WHAT WE OFFER** * Joining an established company * Participation in complete technical projects (construction site \+ design office) * Professional development and career continuity * Competitive salary based on experience * Positive working environment Employment type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: 22\.000,00€\-23\.000,00€ per year Work location: On-site employment
