Job Summary: We are seeking a route planner to plan, develop, and review routes for the Home Intervention Department, coordinating human and technical resources. Key Highlights: 1. Part of a diverse team focused on innovation We currently require a **route planner**, to be based at our offices located at **Avenida Manoteras 18 (Hortaleza)**, to plan, develop, and review routes for the Home Intervention Department, ensuring service delivery to end users while efficiently coordinating the department’s human and technical resources in accordance with established guidelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning routes for home intervention staff. * Administrative tasks (e.g., database review, review of previous routes...). * Support and management of outbound calls to provide emotional support and telephone accompaniment to users. **What We Offer:** * Temporary contract * Part-time: 30 hours/week * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 15:00–21:00, with days off assigned according to office shift roster * Salary: €953.55/month \+ two extra payments \+ holiday/Sunday bonus of €22.25/day * Position type: **100% On-site** * Office location: Avenida Manoteras 18, (Hortaleza\-Madrid) **Key Skills and Experience:** * Compulsory: Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent. * **Proficiency** in office software and **Excel.** * Experience in customer service (by telephone). * Desirable: Vocational Training Certificate (Medium Level) in Administrative Management. **A Bit More About Us:** Tunstall is a market-leading provider of healthcare and assistive technology.
