At pH2o, we are recruiting lifeguards for the summer season at swimming pools in El Escorial, within an organized, professional environment with continuous support. **pH2o LIFEGUARD PROFILE** 1\. Hold a valid lifeguard certification compliant with current regulations. 2\. Availability throughout the summer season, from June 17 to September 13, 2026\. 3\. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team. 4\. Mobile phone with internet connectivity. **JOB CONDITIONS** We offer various shift types depending on the facility: * Full-time shifts * Reduced-time shifts * Part-time shifts (shared positions) Specific shift assignment is determined during the selection process based on availability and location. **SALARY AND SHIFT** Salary is determined according to position type and assigned shift within service organization: Gross monthly salary: Full-time shifts: €1,550 and €1,580 gross/month. Reduced-time shifts: €1,250 and €1,415 gross/month. Part-time shifts: €660 and €1,050 gross/month. **SERVICE ORGANIZATION (IMPORTANT)** All positions include a daily 30-minute preparatory phase prior to pool opening, essential for ensuring proper facility condition and service safety.
