We are currently looking for an **Electrical Construction Supervisor** to join our team based at our **Palma** office. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Preparation of construction documentation for the executing contractor. * Management of measurements and certification for the contractor. * Client management and communication. * Monitoring of scheduling and execution to ensure proper construction progress, including cable laying, trench excavation, discharge submissions, among others. * Construction layout and provision of necessary technical solutions for execution. * Definition of discharge submissions and management for final client approval. * Ongoing communication with the contractor to ensure correct completion of execution works. * Final preparation and evaluation of the construction file. **What are we looking for?** * Vocational training in electricity, electronics, or related fields. * Valid driver's license is mandatory. * Prior experience in construction execution at electricity supply companies will be highly valued. **Discover our benefits!** * Permanent employment contract. * Professional development and career plan. * Flexible working hours. * Intensive workday every Friday of the year.
