We are seeking **Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Services Techs** capable of collaborating in dynamic environments, making impactful decisions, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of technology services. You will join multidisciplinary teams where you’ll support the operation and evolution of critical IT infrastructures, ensuring high service levels and an excellent user experience.
This position is based in Seville under a hybrid work model—some days working remotely from home and others onsite at the office, enabling you to build meaningful synergies with your team.
Residency in Spain and valid Spanish work authorization are mandatory.
**Responsibilities**
* Operation and maintenance of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms (e.g., Intune, SCCM/MECM or equivalents), including policy, patch, and software deployment across corporate environments.
* Management of IT infrastructure events and incidents using monitoring tools, ensuring SLA compliance and resolution within defined timeframes.
* Implementation of integrations between device management systems and other corporate platforms (e.g., ITSM, identity, security).
* Identification and implementation of operational process improvements and automation through scripting (e.g., PowerShell or other tools).
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage UEM infrastructure to ensure availability, security, and adherence to corporate standards.
* Lead resolution of complex technical incidents—including root cause analysis (RCA) and remediation planning.
* Coordinate with support, security, and architecture teams on the evolution of endpoint management services.
* Define and implement service delivery improvements—optimizing performance, cost, and user experience.
Proficiency in generative AI and AI tools applied to this role is required, aligned with Accenture’s commitment to responsible and effective AI adoption.
**Essential Requirements**
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in Data Management and Integration.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure Operations.
* Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency.
* Vocational or university degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
**Desirable Qualifications**
* Experience in Infrastructure Event Management (duration unspecified).
* Experience in Issue Management (duration unspecified).
* Experience in endpoint management (UEM) environments using tools such as Intune, SCCM, or similar.
* Intermediate-level problem-solving skills in complex technical environments.
* Intermediate-level communication skills in international settings.
