Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional Analyst with coordination capabilities for a multimodal transportation and ticketing project, with experience in complex systems, REST APIs, and agile methodologies. Key Points: 1. Functional coordination of the team and requirement definition. 2. Liaison with clients, suppliers, and technical teams. 3. Experience in transportation ticketing and end-to-end processes. NOVANOTIO is looking for a Functional Analyst with coordination capabilities for a multimodal transportation and ticketing project. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in functional analysis of complex systems. Knowledge of transportation ticketing. REST APIs and system integrations. Experience in end-to-end processes. Agile methodologies: Scrum or similar. Communication with technical and business stakeholders. DESIRABLE: Experience with ABT, EMV contactless, and payment systems. Knowledge of taps, journeys, fare rules, clearing, and settlement. RESPONSIBILITIES: Definition of functional requirements. Functional coordination of the team. Liaison with clients, suppliers, and technical teams. Integration with payment gateways, field devices, and external systems. CONDITIONS: Work modality: 100% remote. Location: Madrid preferred, with occasional office attendance. Experience: 4\-5 years. Travel: Possibility to travel to Australia, with expenses covered and daily allowances.
