A leading real estate developer–contractor specializing in residential projects is looking to hire a Senior Construction Studies Technician to strengthen its technical team in Madrid. The position targets candidates with solid experience in residential construction, accustomed to working in pre-construction phases, economic analysis, and technical development of projects within dynamic environments strongly focused on quality and cost control. Main Responsibilities * Technical and economic study of residential construction projects. * Review of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. * Preparation of measurements and analysis of bill-of-quantities items. * Solicitation and comparative analysis of quotations from manufacturers and suppliers. * Preparation of budgets and support in tendering processes. * Coordination with technical departments, production, and technical offices. * Identification of technical and economic optimization opportunities during the study phase. Technical education in Building Engineering, Architectural Technology, or equivalent. * Proven experience in residential construction studies. * Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM environments. * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail. * Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders. * Prior experience with volume contractors or developers is highly desirable. * Stable employment opportunity with an established and growing company. * Participation in significant residential projects. * Specialized technical team and dynamic professional environment. * Intensive working hours on Fridays. * Hybrid work model with partial teleworking. * Competitive remuneration package plus social benefits.
