We are building a team that unites purpose, precision, and results—and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us from within. **About the Role** We seek a Project Manager hungry to learn and possessing exceptional organizational skills. You will work side-by-side with the company’s leadership and co\-founder, overseeing the operational control of our key clients and ensuring every project advances with order, clarity, and sound judgment. This role is for someone who understands that details matter, knows when to set boundaries, and aims to make an impact from day one. The plan is clear: a 6-month internship to get to know each other thoroughly, followed by permanent employment if the fit meets expectations. **Your Responsibilities** * **Operational Control:** Monitor the status of projects and operations for key accounts, identifying deviations before they become problems. * **Team Coordination:** Serve as the liaison between internal teams and leadership, ensuring information flows accurately and on time. * **Key Client Management:** Support the co\-founder in managing strategic client relationships—both in-office and on-site as needed. * **Analysis and Reporting:** Prepare clear operational reports with data that supports decision-making. * **Process Optimization:** Identify inefficiencies and propose concrete improvements to workflows. * **Agreement Follow-up:** Ensure decisions made in meetings are executed—with realistic deadlines and clearly assigned responsibilities. **What We’re Looking For** * **Order and Methodology:** You’re the person who keeps Excel updated, sends follow-ups proactively, and prepares meetings before anyone asks. * **Analytical Ability:** You feel comfortable working with data, drawing conclusions, and translating them into action. * **Character and Judgment:** You know when to say no—and do so respectfully and firmly. * **Clear Communication:** Whether writing or speaking, you get straight to the point without losing context. * **Ambition Grounded in Reality:** You want to grow—but understand that mastering day-to-day operations is the first step. * **Autonomy and Proactivity:** You don’t wait for instructions at every step; you anticipate needs, ask necessary questions, and execute. * Nice to have: Experience in project management, operations, or consulting—even in academic settings. * Familiarity with management tools such as Notion, Asana, Monday, or similar is valued. **What We Offer** * Direct collaboration with leadership and the co\-founder from day one. * A real-world, dynamic, and highly hands\-on environment: here, learning happens by doing. * Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00; Friday, 9:00–15:00; intensive schedule in August. * One remote workday per week. * A genuine opportunity for permanent employment upon successful completion of the internship. * A clear purpose: eliminating plastic bottles and Refill the Future.
